Ross Coleman is a 30 year veteran of the Fire Service with more than 20 years of experience directly related to fire codes. His experience includes service as a firefighter, fire inspector, chief inspector, fire marshal and emergency manager in large geographic and highly populated areas. Mr. Coleman specializes in problematic building and fire code compliance and getting older buildings to meet minimum standards.

Mr. Coleman is certified nationally as an NFPA Certified Fire Plan Examiner and Fire Inspector. He holds state certifications at the Master Level for Firefighter, Fire Inspector, Fire Instructor, and Fire Officer. Additionally, he is a graduate of the National Fire Academy's Executive Fire Officer program through the United States Fire Administration. He also holds OSHA 10-Hr and 30-Hr certifications along with OSHA 511 for General Industry. Mr. Coleman has a Master of Science Degree and Master of Public Administration degree from Sul Ross State University, as well as Bachelors of Science degree from Texas State University, formerly Southwest Texas State University. Mr. Coleman has been a presenter and lead lecturer at multiple conferences and educational seminars with regard to fire safety.
Bud Martin, BAAS, CFPE, CFI-I

Bud Martin has been in the fire industry for 20 years with over 12 years of experience as a fire safety inspector, six years in environmental safety, and two years as a firefighter. Mr. Martin specializes in conducting fire code inspections and fire code interpretations via the application of nationally recognized fire code standards in facilities ranging from large institutions to small rural establishments. Mr. Martin has conducted on-site consultations of various facilities as a resident expert to dispute and support authorities having jurisdiction. Additionally, Mr. Martin has hosted many training seminars for governing entities to identify safety concerns in their place-of-business for reporting purposes. Mr. Martin has a Bachelors of Fire Service Administration degree from Texas A&M University - San Antonio and two Associates of Applied Science in Fire Science and Fire Administration.
Mr. Martin is certified nationally as a NFPA Certified Fire Plan Examiner and Fire Inspector I; including state-recognized certifications as Master Fire Inspector, Master Fire Investigator, Master Firefighter, Plan Examiner, Fire Instructor, and Fire Officer.
